This establishes the guidelines that users must agree to in order to access our service.

- Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers using Ifeyinwa Transport & Logistics for parcel delivery, freight, haulage, transportation, logistics and related services.
By booking or paying for a logistics service, you agree to these Terms.
Booking Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information about the shipment, including:
- Sender and recipient details
- Pick-up and delivery addresses
- Contact information
- Description of the item
- Quantity and, where required, estimated value
- Any special handling requirements
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Packaging and Labelling
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged, secured and labelled before collection. Goods must be packaged appropriately for ordinary handling and transportation. We may refuse to collect or transport goods that are inadequately packaged, unsafe or likely to cause damage to other goods, vehicles or persons.
Prohibited and Restricted Goods
We do not accept illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods for transportation.
Customers must inform us if a shipment requires special handling or is subject to any legal, regulatory or transportation restriction. Where a customer knowingly provides prohibited goods or inaccurate information, the customer may be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, penalty, delay or expense.
Inspection
For safety, security and regulatory purposes, Ifeyinwa Logistics may inspect a shipment where reasonably necessary or where permitted by law. If a shipment is found to contain prohibited or undeclared goods, we may refuse, suspend or terminate the shipment and take any further action required by law.
Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments to the address provided by the customer. Delivery may be completed when the shipment is handed to the named recipient or a person reasonably believed to be authorised to receive it at the delivery location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the shipment. Additional charges may apply where a delivery requires re-routing, re-delivery, extended waiting time or a change of address after dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times provided by Ifeyinwa Transport & Logistics are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, road conditions, operational issues, security situations, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Loss or Damage
Customers should report any loss, shortage or visible damage as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Where appropriate, claims may require supporting documents, proof of shipment, photographs, receipts, invoices or other evidence of the item and its value. Our liability, where applicable, will be determined in accordance with the agreed service terms, declared value and applicable Nigerian law.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments
Where a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the recipient refuses delivery or other circumstances prevent delivery, we may contact the sender for further instructions. Additional delivery, storage or return charges may apply.
Third-Party Service Providers
Where necessary to provide a logistics service, we may use trusted third-party carriers, drivers, agents or service providers. We will take reasonable steps to work with reliable service providers, while remaining subject to the applicable terms and limitations of the service.
Payment
All applicable logistics charges must be paid through our approved payment channels. Additional charges may apply where the shipment requires services outside the original booking or where the information provided at booking materially differs from the actual shipment.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably. If it cannot be resolved, the parties may pursue the appropriate dispute-resolution or legal process available under Nigerian law.
